The Association of Reporting Accountants and Auditors in the Capital Market(ARAACAM) is pleased to announce its approved leadership structure following a meeting held on 29 September 2026 at KPMG.
The leadership transition follows the retirement of the former Chairman, Mr. Ayodele Othihiwa, from the position. At the meeting, the composition of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee was formally approved. In addition, three officers were duly elected to their respective positions: Mr. Akinboboye Akinola as Chairman, Mr. Biodun Ariyibi as Assistant Secretary, and Mr. Femi Awotoye as Treasurer/Financial Secretary.

The Board of Trustees comprises the following members:
